The web design is completed. Content is placed on the appropriate number of web pages. Photos, graphics and company logos are placed on the web pages as per agreement. Once your pages and content are finished, they are published (transferred) to the designated provider's web host server. If included in the services you request, we setup company email through the selected email hosting provider.

Please note: Computernix.com is more than willing to go beyond the original agreement at any time. Additional fees will apply when you request additional pages, graphics and services outside the agreement. Once our primary service agreement is satisfied we are available for maintenance updates at an hourly rate whenever you wish. No maintenance contracts required.

Computernix.com can perform your initial search engine marketing for additional fees. The manual submission method is used. It is generally agreed that manual submission can be the most cost effective and the least expensive of all. However, manual submission marketing takes the longest to propagate (circulate through the Internet).

There are more effective and costly Internet marketing alternatives including "pay per click" and directory registration. Directory registration gives your Web site immediate exposure. Not unlike your business listing in the phone book, the most exposure costs the most (i.e. a full page versus a quarter page). We can help you decide what works best for your business objectives and budget.

Note: There may be cases where SEO marketing is not desired. For example people who have wedding or family sites seldom would need search engine exposure. They simply share the URL with friends, family or members.

1. Your domain name is your property**. It will have your name and company name as the registered owners. Although computernix.com can assist you in domain name selection and registration process... it is your property. That said, you can move it to another registrar or even sell it to another party.

2. Once you submit final payment your web design and associated files are totally yours. If you become unhappy with your hosting provider your website can be moved to a new provider of your choice. You will always have current login information and passwords to your web site and email accounts.

3. You do not have to sign a maintenance contract of any kind. If you want additions or changes after completion, computernix.com will continue on as maintainer. There is a small hourly rate for maintenance, minimum 1 hour, no maximum... no contract.
